梧州六堡茶
六堡茶,是帶有一股香港的味道。在五十年代,因為香港的市場需求,造成一種「冷發酵」的工藝(即現代發酵工藝),而這一個味道,可能你會在茶樓飲茶喝過,因為早期很多茶商都會做拼配,把六堡茶拼配到普洱茶,成為屬於香港飲茶回憶的味道。此外,梧州六堡茶更有各種不同的香型,因為風土、品種、陳化而轉變出的各種風格。Liupao tea carries a distinctive taste reminiscent of Hong Kong. In the 1950s, due to the market demand, a "cold fermentation" process was developed, while many tea merchants used to blend Liupao tea with Pu-erh. This unique flavor became part of Hong Kong’s yumcha memories. Moreover, Wuzhou Liupao tea comes in a variety of aromatic profiles, shaped by its terroir, varieties, and aging processes.
