Phoenix Mountain in Chaozhou is renowned for the distinctive charm of its Phoenix Dancong tea, shaped by its unique natural environment. Originating from Wudong Mountain, an ancient volcanic site, the area features a natural lake and mineral-rich red and yellow soil, which further enhance the tea quality . Dancong, celebrated for its exceptional aroma, is often called the “perfume of teas” and is primarily used to craft oolong tea, with a small portion also made into black tea.

鳳凰山得天獨厚的環境造就了鳳凰單叢的獨特韻味。單叢發源地烏崬山是座古火山，其火山口自然形成的自然湖泊，為茶樹生長提供了獨特的水質資源，加上山地被紅土及黃土包圍，礦物質含量特別豐富。單叢有著茶中香水的美名，主要製作成烏龍茶，亦有少量製作紅茶。
